It would be impossible to fulfill both the mission of the Foundation and its work without the support of hundreds of volunteers. Thus, development of volunteer service, its training and education is one of the basic premises of the work we carry out.  PromoVER is  Fundación Tzedaká program aiming at promotion and strengthening of social volunteer service, especially focusing on the analysis of practices, processes and results of the work and its efficiency in relation to its social objectives.

In recent years, the Volunteer Area of the Foundation has also been experiencing significant extra-communitarian openness, strongly positioning it among the civil society organizations addressing matters related to social volunteer services.
